1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.


2. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter, suppliers and associated companies and agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. The competition commences at 9am on 11th October 2004 and closes at 5:00pm on 11th January 2005. Only one entry per person permitted.

4. The entrant must in 25 words or less, Tell us why you think Fable is the best ever RPG console game. Entries must be lodged via the Xbox Australia website (www.xbox.com/en-au/) in the approved form.

5. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. No responsibility is accepted for entries not received by the Promoter.

6. Major Prize
3 x Major Winners:
1 Limited Edition Blue Console with 2 Xbox controllers. RRP$249.

7. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable and not redeemable for cash. If the Promoter is unable to supply the nominated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply another prize of equal value at its discretion.

8. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained or death, arising out of this competition or incurred as a result of accepting or using a prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

9. All entrants must complete all entry details to be included in the competition.

10. All winners must provide proof of purchase to redeem their prize. This competition is only open to customers who purchase a copy of Fable from Kmart, Myer or Target.

11. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

12. The winners will be selected by the judges at Microsoft, 1 Epping Rd, North Ryde NSW 2113 on Wednesday 12th of January 2005 and reasonable efforts will be made to notify the winners by email and or phone by Friday 14th of January 2005.

No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone or amend the promotion.

15. Any costs associated with entering the competition and accessing the website are the responsibility of the entrant.

16. Privacy Statement: Details from all entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for publicity purposes surrounding this promotion.
